Healthy Cookies

I guess the theme lately has been cookies.

Can you blame me? It's freezing out and cold temperatures equal baking.

A few weeks ago I discovered this healthy version.  You can even have these for breakfast!


Not ony are they healthy - they are are only 2 ingredients.

Yup. Two. 





Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1 cup of oats

Directions

Mash banana, mix in oats.  Spoon onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 until begins to brown. Depending on size of cookies, about 10 minutes.

So go crazy, because these are absolutely guilt-free.


Hey why not even throw in some mix-ins? Cinnamon, nuts, coconut, dash of sea salt...
